Senior Consultant
Consultant and project engineer at Lewicki and Associates, Ms. Connor has experience in mine permitting and planning, due diligence, environmental compliance, and construction. Her attention to detail and self-starting ability enables her to provide creative and practical solutions to our clients. Sydney’s background in conducting environmental due diligence and construction contracting bring a practical application to her work.
Sydney’s focus is primarily on sand and gravel mine design and planning where she is involved in mine planning from the beginning to the end of an aggregate mine’s life. This process starts with resource determination and quarry design; continues with federal, state, and county permitting processes; carries on with compliance through the life of mine; and finishes with reclamation planning and implementation.
Sydney is experienced with mine permitting and other site plan implementations in the state of Colorado and various Federal agencies. This includes permit work with the CDRMS, CDPHE, CDWR, BLM, USFS, USACE, and county land use permitting. She is also proficient in writing plans such as SWMPs, GWMPs, and SPCCs. Sydney developed an emission tracking database which showcases her unique problem-solving ability and capability to create a long-term product that works for our clients.
