Lewicki and Associates, PLLC is an international engineering and environmental consulting company with a focus in the mining sector. We provide industry-led solutions for clients in fields such as construction materials, limestone and marble dimension stone, coal and natural gas, uranium, iron, precious metals, land development and legal support. Our diversified work history is made possible by our vast industry knowledge, experience, and relationships with agencies and local governments, making us more than simply design engineers. After 40 years, our team continues to provide in-depth solutions to complex mining, reclamation, and land planning problems to over 150 clients. History —
After working in the eastern US underground zinc and coal mines, founder Greg Lewicki moved to Colorado in 1980 to pursue work with western US mining and reclamation companies. After starting his consulting business in 1983, his work expanded to mine permitting, construction, reclamation, and feasibility studies. Four years later and into the 1990s, Greg formed Greg Lewicki and Associates, LLC which garnered work in markets like oil and gas well development, civil works such as dams, planned unit developments, site drainage design, and construction materials. The surge in minerals, energy, and construction markets during the 2000s resulted in a companywide expansion into projects involving gold, silver, iron ore, marble, uranium, metallurgical coal, limestone, and more. The team today has expanded into projects involving renewable energy, autonomous haulage, railroad design.
